CrossFit Class

Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter. CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing and more. All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure: A certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.

Crossfit Teens

Our Crossfit Teens program is a strength and conditioning class developed specifically for the teenage - “ish” age range and is always scalable based upon your teen’s ability.
We teach our young athletes to move correctly and because the workouts are constantly varied, your teen is less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports.
Our program can help any high school athlete improve his or her speed, coordination, strength, and endurance.

Crossfit Kids

Our Crossfit Teens program is a strength and conditioning class developed specifically for the teenage - “ish” age range and is always scalable based upon your teen’s ability.
We teach our young athletes to move correctly and because the workouts are constantly varied, your teen is less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports.
Our program can help any high school athlete improve his or her speed, coordination, strength, and endurance.

Gymnastics

Our gymnastics classes provide a new opportunity to try out an amazing sport. You can test yourself in a range of different activities. And by building your strength, flexibility and control, you'll see your performance improve in other sports too. Whether you're looking to take your first steps in gymnastics or get back into the sport, adult gymnastics makes it easy.

Weightlifting

Weight training involves using some type of resistance to do exercises that challenge all the muscle groups of the body, including the chest, back, shoulders, arms (biceps, triceps), core, legs (quadriceps, hamstrings, calves) and glutes. Weight training also helps you build lean muscle tissue. Muscle is more metabolically active than fat. So when you have more muscle, you burn more calories all day long, even when you're not exercising.

Open Gym

Open Gym offers an opportunity to practice some exercises, do some mobility, catch up on a WOD from earlier on in the week, or buddy up with someone to do a partner WOD – there is no instructing as it’s not a class, but a fully qualified CrossFit coach will be on hand should you need to ask a question.

Bootcamp

Our bootcamp workouts consist of a mix of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training using weights, and different equipment throughout the workouts. Some of our Bootcamp classes, like HIIT Bootcamp use high intensity interval training for a crazy workout!
